When you interact with a licensed real estate agent through SRRF Solutions on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or a web contact form, you may be invited to receive text message follow-ups about your property inquiry.

The agent asks for your phone number during the conversation and describes what messages you'll receive.
Web forms on agent sites
Contact forms explicitly include an SMS opt-in checkbox with the disclosure below.
In-person
The agent may request SMS consent verbally + written confirmation via SMS reply YES.

This is the exact wording presented at every opt-in point:
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from your licensed real estate agent and their AI assistant about your real estate inquiry. Message frequency varies based on conversation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support.
What to expect
- Message frequency
- Typically 1-3 messages per week during active engagement, fewer during property research phases.
- Content
- Appointment confirmations, listing follow-ups, market updates, response to your inquiries.
- Sender
- Messages come from a US-based phone number assigned to your agent.
Opt-out and support
- Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to immediately opt out. You'll receive one confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for support contact information.
