2. How We Use AI
SRRF Solutions is an AI-augmented growth firm. We use AI tools including Anthropic Claude as a core part of how we produce strategy, creative, digital presence, and operations deliverables, covering research, data processing, drafting, and workflow automation. The founder, Sergio Rosendal, directs that work, and all final work receives human judgment and review before delivery. That review covers what we deliver. A custom AI stack we build for a client is a different case, covered in section 3: once it runs in the client's infrastructure, its outputs are not reviewed by us.
We disclose this because it is true of our workflow, not because AI is the product. In practice that means:
- A person decides what the work should say before any tool is opened
- AI assisted drafts are edited, fact checked and approved by the operator who signs off on the deliverable
- No deliverable reaches a client, or the public, without a human having read it in full
3. Custom AI Stacks Delivered to Clients
When a client engagement includes a custom AI stack as a deliverable, we build and deploy it inside the client's own infrastructure. The client owns and operates the resulting system.
Once a stack is operating in your infrastructure, its outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by us before they are sent. Systems of this kind:
- May contain errors, omissions or inappropriate suggestions
- Should not be relied on for material business or legal decisions without human review
- Do not represent the views or recommendations of SRRF Solutions
You remain responsible for supervising the system and for all communications it sends on your behalf.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Case studies, portfolio pieces, sample metrics and past engagements shown on this site describe what happened in a specific situation. They are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Marketing results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing and factors outside our control.
5. Third Party Tools and Links
Our work may integrate third party platforms, and this site may link to them. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services, our deliverables, or any system we build for you to:
- Send unsolicited messages in violation of anti spam or telemarketing law, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR and LGPD
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent an affiliation
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, ours or a third party's
We may suspend or end an engagement that is being used in any of these ways.
