1.1. Account information: name, email, phone, brokerage, license number.
1.2. Lead data you receive or upload: lead names, contact info, property interest, conversation transcripts, AI-extracted qualification fields.
1.3. Usage data: page views, feature interactions, performance metrics.
1.4. Payment information: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the Service
- Respond to leads on your behalf via AI
- Send transactional and product emails
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI Processing
3.1. Lead conversations and your voice profile are processed by Anthropic Claude models to generate responses and extract qualification.
3.2. We use Anthropic's API; data sent is subject to Anthropic's data policies (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
3.3. We do not use lead data to train AI models.
4. Data Storage & Security
4.1. Data is stored in Supabase (United States data centers).
4.2. Multi-tenant isolation enforced via Row Level Security.
4.3. Connections encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
4.4. We follow industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
- Active account data retained while account is active
- Lead data retained per your account settings (default: indefinite)
- Deleted accounts purged within 90 days, with 30-day export window
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share only with:
- Service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, Twilio, Postmark, Stripe)
- Legal authorities when required by law
- Successors in a merger or acquisition
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion
- Data portability
- Opt out of certain processing

8. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information.
9. International Users
The Service is intended for use in the United States. If you access from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via email.
