1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SRRF Solutions ("the Service", "SRRF"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SRRF Solutions provides an AI Inside Sales Agent (AI ISA) platform for licensed real estate professionals in the United States. The Service includes automated lead response, qualification tracking (LPMAMA framework), appointment scheduling, and document transmission features.
3. User Eligibility
You must be (a) at least 18 years old, (b) a licensed real estate agent in the United States with an active license, and (c) able to enter into binding contracts. We reserve the right to verify licensing status.
4. Account & Onboarding
Accounts are provisioned by SRRF Solutions through founder-led onboarding. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including all actions taken by your authorized agents or assistants.
5. Document Transmission & Templates
5.1. SRRF acts as a transmission agent. We do not author, validate, or certify the legal sufficiency of any contract, agreement, or document uploaded to or transmitted through the Service.
5.2. You are solely responsible for the legal validity, completeness, and compliance of any legal documents used in your business.
5.3. You must ensure your templates comply with applicable state laws, including but not limited to Florida (FREC), California (CAR), and Texas (TREC) requirements.
5.4. SRRF Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel.
6. AI-Generated Content
6.1. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, extract qualification signals, and propose appointments on your behalf.
6.2. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it for material decisions.
6.3. SRRF makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Compliance with Real Estate Laws
7.1. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing real estate practice, including the NAR August 2024 settlement requirements regarding buyer representation agreements.
7.2. You acknowledge that the requirement to obtain a signed buyer representation agreement before showing properties is your legal obligation, not the Service's.
8. Fees & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are issued at SRRF's sole discretion. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your data export will be available for 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SRRF SOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SRRF IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRRF Solutions from any claim arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) content you upload or transmit, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

15. SMS / Text Messaging
15.1. Express Consent. By providing a phone number through a SRRF-powered lead capture form, the end-user expressly consents to receive automated SMS/text messages from the licensed real estate agent using SRRF Solutions, regarding their property inquiry.
15.2. Message Frequency. Up to 200 messages per month. Frequency varies.
15.3. Carrier Charges. Msg & Data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
15.4. Opt-Out. End-users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@srrfsolutions.com.
15.5. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties.
15.6. You (the licensed real estate agent) are responsible for ensuring your lead capture forms comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and applicable state law.
