SRRF Solutions

Nearshore

Marketing for manufacturers working between the United States and Brazil.

A Florida company on Eastern time, with one person accountable for the work and AI inside the production. Material for each market is written in its own language.

A supplier known in one market is often unknown in the other.

A plant can be fully qualified by its customers in Brazil and still be absent from the shortlist of a US buyer. That buyer researches independently, in English, compares against suppliers already recognised, and forms an opinion before speaking to any of them.

In that case the gap is rarely the product. It is the material the buyer finds before the first conversation, and whether it is written for how that buyer evaluates a supplier.

We examine how you sell in each market, then build for the point where orders are lost.

Every engagement opens with an examination of the commercial process as it runs today: where inquiries arrive, how quotes are issued, and what happens between the first contact and the purchase order. What gets built afterward depends on what that examination finds.

For a company working between the two countries, it is often the specification pages, capability statements and site a US engineer reads in English, or the Portuguese material a Brazilian buyer expects. Each is written in its own language from the start.

One person accountable for the work

The person who examines your commercial process is the person who does the work and reviews every deliverable. AI carries the research, drafting and production underneath, which is how a single operator can cover the function. There is no account manager in between and no junior the work is handed down to.

Eastern time

SRRF operates from Florida, on Eastern time. Brazil is one or two hours ahead depending on the month, so a normal working day overlaps with both markets.

Each market in its own language

Material for US buyers is written in US English, and material for Brazilian buyers in Portuguese, each for the way that buyer evaluates a supplier. Nothing arrives needing to be translated or localized before you can use it.

The output is in your tools

Ad accounts, analytics and CRM are set up in the tools your team already uses, under your ownership.

What an engagement can include.

Scope follows the examination, because a company with no website and a company with a website and no inquiries need different first months. What it can include:

  • Positioning and messaging, written down, against the suppliers you are compared with in each market
  • Website, specification pages and capability statements, built, documented, and handed over
  • Paid media on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, reported against inquiries and pipeline rather than impressions
  • Marketing operations: attribution, CRM and reporting the commercial team can read
  • Lifecycle email and the automation behind it
  • AI inside our production for research, drafting, variants and workflow automation, with what we deliver read by a person on our side before it reaches you

Who holds the contract, and under which law?

SRRF Solutions is a Florida company. You contract with it, you are invoiced in US dollars, and the agreement is governed by Florida law.

Who owns the work?

You do, on payment: copy, design, code, ad accounts and automations. Assets are not withheld at the end of an engagement, and your own brand is never licensed back to you.

What about our data, and our customers’ data?

Access is scoped to what the work needs and revoked when it ends. If you are subject to GDPR or LGPD, we sign the processing agreement; if you run a security review, we complete it. The AI model used in our production is named on the trust page.

Does the time difference matter?

For a US client on Eastern time, there is none. For a client on the Pacific coast, the early morning is lost, as it would be with any East Coast firm. The Brazilian side of the work is one or two hours ahead.

What happens if it is not working?

You may end the engagement on thirty days’ notice. There is no annual term and no termination fee.
