Process. The SRRF way.

Four stages, executed in order. Each one states what it produces before the next begins. The sequence is the same whatever the size of the engagement.

01

Diagnose

We examine how your company sells today: where inquiries arrive, how quotes are issued, and what happens between the first contact and the purchase order. The stage ends with a written account of where the process loses orders.

Principles

  • We examine the process before proposing any deliverable.
  • We define the objective as a number, and record its current value, before we define any deliverable.
  • We restate your business in one written paragraph and ask for your approval before proceeding.
  • We say in the first conversation when we are not the appropriate firm.

Output

A written finding and a scope that can be priced.

02

Position

Positioning is set once, in a written document, and everything produced afterward derives from it: who you sell to, what the offer is, and how it stands against the suppliers you are compared with.

Principles

  • We record positioning in a single document that all later work references.
  • We require each asset to state the function it performs before it is built.
  • We write material for each market in that market’s language. Nothing is translated afterward.

Output

One positioning document, approved by you.

03

Build

The work is produced in reviewable increments by the person who conducted the examination. AI is used inside that production, never between you and the person accountable for it.

Principles

  • Execution stays with the person who scoped the work. There is no account manager between you and the work.
  • We release work in increments and ask for your review at each one.
  • We apply AI to research, variants and first drafts. What we deliver is read by a person on our side before it reaches you.

Output

Deliverables released in increments, each one reviewed with you.

04

Hand over

We hand over what was built: the system, the documentation and the runbook, so your team operates it. The project closes with one measurement against the metric agreed at diagnosis.

Principles

  • We transfer ownership of the repository, the accounts, the dashboards and the operating playbook to you.
  • We measure once against the agreed metric before the project closes, with no vanity metrics.
  • What comes after is a new project, scoped the same way, and only if it is warranted.

Output

A complete handover package and one report against the agreed metric, at close.
